Vienna: Vossloh Kiepe Ges.m.b.H. appoints Peter Pichler new CEO
Peter Pichler (54) takes over the position of CEO at Vossloh Kiepe Ges.m.b.H. as Huber Dlaska (65) retires in January 2012 in Austria.
Düsseldorf, January 09 2012 - Peter Pichler, born in 1957 in Graz,
attended the HTL Mödling (education in Engineering) in Austria and
completed specialized training to obtain his degree in industrial
engineering (Diplomwirtschaftsingenieur) in Germany. His professional
career began as a design engineer for systems and components of civil
and military aircraft in Germany. He went on to work in the US and
Germany in the fields of development, project management, technology
transfer, technical sales and marketing but also managed a mid-sized
international enterprise in Hamburg.
Mr. Pichler has longstanding experience in management, international
project operations and technical sales. For the last seven years he has
successfully held the position of CEO at a mid-sized international
group with approximately 200 employees in the field of industrial
ventilation and environmental technology. The company’s locations
included Austria, Eastern Europe and the GUS countries.
Dr. Hubert Dlaska has been working for Vossloh Kiepe Ges.m.b.H since 2004 and has played a significant role in the contribution to the enterprise’s successful expansion. This is especially valid in the fields of heating – air conditioning – ventilation. His contributions have made the enterprise one of the leading providers for HVAC systems in public transport vehicles.
Dr. Dlaska will remain active with Vossloh Transportation in a consulting position.
