The Düsseldorf Vossloh Kiepe has received an order on the supply of electrical traction equipment for 14 service locomotives of the TME type by the Paris metro, the RATP.

The vehicles are going to be finally assembled in 2003 by the French wagon manufacturer CFD in Bagnères, Pyrenees. Vossloh Kiepe succeeded in using well-tried units for the traction and the on-board power supply, which were adapted to the particular location of fitting.
